Return & Exchange Policy

At Seven Saturn, we want every piece you receive to feel right — in comfort, fit, and quality.

If something does not work for you, we have kept the return and exchange process simple, clear, and easy to follow.

Returns

You can request a return within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

Unworn  
Unwashed  
Unused  
In original condition  
With all tags intact

Please include your order details and the reason for return. Once your request is received, our team will guide you with the return pickup or return address details.

After we receive and inspect the product, you may be eligible for one of the following:

Replacement  
Store credit  
Refund, if applicable  

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We will help you exchange it.

Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. The product must be unused, unwashed, and returned in its original condition with all tags intact.

We offer one-time free exchange shipping per order.

Once we receive and check the returned product, your exchange will be processed as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Incorrect Product

If you receive a damaged product or a wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order details and clear photos of the product. Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement for you.

Important Notes

Products returned in used, washed, damaged, or altered condition may not be accepted.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method after inspection.

Return and exchange approval depends on the condition of the product received by our team.
